Building the greenhouse gas inventory
An inventory is built twice: once as a perimeter the authority recognises, once as a calculation that can be reproduced from its own records. These guides cover the source register, direct and purchased-energy treatment, factor and estimate control, and the GHG Protocol or ISO 14064-1 choice.
