What is in UAE FDL 11 / 2024

One law, three obligations

Federal Decree-Law 11 of 2024 requires entities in scope to measure their emissions, reduce them, and report on both.

  1. Measure — A greenhouse gas inventory covering the entity's activities.
  2. Reduce — A reduction plan with named measures and expected outcomes.
  3. Report — Activity and reduction data, to a standard of accuracy that can be verified.
